The Towans is a residential care home in Burnham on Sea, Somerset. We provide the very best Residential care possible, in a comfortable safe and homely environment.

Located on the coast, many of our rooms have lovely sea views. The original house has been extended and modified to make a very comfortable care home with real character and charm. Bridgwater, Weston Super Mare, the Mendips and Taunton are a short drive away.

The residents, their relatives and the staff form an extended community at The Towans. We provide quality residential care for elderly ladies and gentlemen in a restful, safe and secure environment.

The Towans is a home from home for those who cannot manage in their own home anymore and need help with everyday living. We will do whatever is necessary for the elderly to help them enjoy the comfort and safety they deserve.

Each resident has their own private and comfortable room with their own furniture and those personal items, momentoes and furniture they wish to bring to make them feel at home.

Everyone is welcome in any of the lounges and to join in with activities, sit and listen to music or just watch our large plasma TV. Alternatively, residents may stay in the privacy of their own room as much as they please.

Our staff will arrange Doctors visits or the District Nurse to provide nursing care in the home as necessary.
