Our Commitment

We are committed to providing the very best residential care to our residents.

Before admitting a new resident we carry out an extensive assessment of their needs. A plan is prepared so we know exacly what care is required so we can be sure that the needs of the resident are entirely met.

Every resident is allocated a "Key Worker" who will ensure the care plan is followed and updated as and when necessary.

The staff at The Towans are well trained and we have a program of regular training and updating of our skills and are always on the look out for ways to improve our care.

It is our job to make sure that ALL the needs of our residents are met. We take care of :-

• Meals and Sustenance
• Laundry
• Housekeeping
• Drugs administration
• Doctors and Nurses visits
• Hairdressing
• Chiropody
• Newspapers
• Just about any personal care a resident needs

Most things are included but some items like hairdressing, chiropody and newspapers are chargable as extras.

Our carers are dedicated and conscientious in caring for our guests.
